**MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION**

- This house can be placed anywhere in the city or island.  You must have multiple locations picked out that are relatively flat. This will be discussed in the ticket you create. 

- Shell interior, you will need to teleport into your house.

- We have many furniture items for indoors and outdoors. The shells come empty, and will take some time to design. 

- The shell must be reasonable to the desired building you decide to call home.

- Private garage, wardrobe, inventory, ability to give keys to others, furniture edits.
